Refund and Cancellation Policy

CONSUMER RIGHTS

WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS GENERAL:

If you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement presented to you. Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product. Shipping fees as product shipment expenses will be paid by the buyers. Each purchased product is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer, provided that the legal period of 30 days is not exceeded. If the product is not delivered within this period, the Buyer may terminate the agreement. The purchased product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and together with documents such as a warranty certificate and user manual, if any. In the event that the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of learning of this situation. The total amount must also be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days.

IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID:

  1. If the Buyer does not pay for the purchased product or cancels it in bank records, the Seller's obligation to deliver the product shall cease.

PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A CREDIT CARD:

  1. If, after the product has been delivered, it is determined that the credit card used by the buyer was fraudulently used by unauthorized persons, and the price of the sold product is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer must return the product to the SELLER within 3 days, with the shipping costs to be borne by the SELLER.

IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEABLE REASONS:

  1. If force majeure circumstances arise that the Seller could not have foreseen and the product cannot be delivered on time, the situation is notified to the Buyer. The Buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, or postponement of delivery until the impediment is removed. If the Buyer cancels the order; if payment was made in cash, the amount is paid back in cash within 14 days from the cancellation. If the Buyer made the payment by credit card and cancels, the product price is refunded to the bank within 14 days from the cancellation, however it is possible that the bank may transfer the amount to the buyer's account within 2-3 weeks.

BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:

  1. The Buyer shall inspect the goods/services subject to the agreement before taking delivery; they shall not accept damaged or defective goods/services — such as crushed, broken, or torn packaging — from the cargo company. The accepted goods/services shall be deemed undamaged and intact. The BUYER must carefully preserve the goods/services after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/services must not be used. The invoice must also be returned together with the product.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

  1. The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal from the agreement within 5 (five) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product to themselves or to the person/organization at the address they have designated, by notifying the SELLER through the contact information below, without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without providing any justification.

PERIOD OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

  1. If the purchased item is a service, this 14-day period begins from the date the agreement is signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for service contracts where the performance of the service has begun with the consumer's consent before the right of withdrawal period expires.
  2. Costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the SELLER.
  3. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be sent to the SELLER via registered mail with return receipt, fax, or email within 14 (fourteen) days, and the product must not have been used within the framework of the "Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used" provisions regulated in this agreement.

EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

  1. The invoice for the product delivered to a third party or the BUYER must be provided. (If the invoice for the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent together with a return invoice issued by the institution. Returns of orders whose invoices are issued in the name of institutions cannot be completed unless a RETURN INVOICE is issued.)
  2. Return form. The products to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged, together with their box, packaging, and standard accessories, if any.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  1. The SELLER is obliged to refund the total amount and documents that place the BUYER under obligation within a maximum of 10 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notice, and to collect the goods within 20 days.
  2. If the value of the goods decreases due to a reason caused by the BUYER's fault, or if the return becomes impossible, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the SELLER's damages in proportion to their fault. However, the BUYER is not responsible for changes and deterioration that occur due to the proper use of the goods or product within the right of withdrawal period.
  3. In the event that a campaign organized by the SELLER falls below the campaign's minimum threshold due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the discount amount benefited from under that campaign shall be cancelled.

PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED:

  1. Products prepared at the BUYER's request or in accordance with their clearly personal needs and not suitable for return; underwear bottoms, swimsuit and bikini bottoms, cosmetics, single-use products, goods at risk of rapid deterioration or that may exceed their expiration date, products that are not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons after their packaging has been opened by the BUYER following delivery, products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by their nature, goods related to periodicals such as newspapers and magazines other than those provided under a subscription agreement, services performed instantly in electronic environments or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer, as well as audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and storage devices, and computer consumables — if their packaging has been opened by the BUYER — cannot be returned pursuant to the Regulation. Furthermore, the exercise of the right of withdrawal for services whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent before the withdrawal period expires is also not possible pursuant to the Regulation.
  2. Cosmetics and personal care products, underwear, swimsuits, bikinis, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, cassettes, and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.) must be unopened, untried, undamaged, and unused in order to be eligible for return.

DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

  1. In the event that the BUYER defaults on credit card payments, the BUYER accepts, declares, and undertakes that they will pay interest in accordance with their credit card agreement with the card-issuing bank and will be liable to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may resort to legal remedies; it may demand the costs incurred and attorney's fees from the BUYER, and in any event of default due to the BUYER's debt, the BUYER accepts that they will compensate the SELLER for any loss and damage suffered due to the delayed performance of the debt.
