Returns & Exchanges

At PHAGE, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order isn't what you expected, you can request a return or exchange by completing the form below.

How It Works

  1. Submit your request using the form on this page within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Wait for approval — our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days by email.
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided in our approval email, together with the original invoice.
  4. Receive your refund or exchange once we have inspected the returned item.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and free of any signs of use
  • In their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Returned together with the original invoice
  • Requested within 14 days of the delivery date

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Swimwear bottoms and intimate wear
  • Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order pieces (including Haute Couture)
  • Cosmetic or personal care items with opened packaging
  • Items marked as final sale

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the item received was defective or incorrect. In such cases, PHAGE will cover the return shipping cost.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or card provider.
