RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• Returns or size exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery
• Please contact our Customer Relations team with your order number
• Once your request is approved, a prepaid return label and courier details will be sent to you
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and suitable for resale
• All original brand and security tags must remain attached
• Returns must be sent in the original packaging with the invoice
• Items showing perfume, deodorant, makeup, stains, perspiration or wear cannot be returned
• Once inspection is complete, refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Refunds may take 3–10 business days to appear, depending on the bank
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability; a refund or alternative will be offered if unavailable
